My daughter was having a piano recital and I wanted to bring her flowers. I happened to be at a market where I saw the sweetest bunch of freesias -- unbelievable scent and in the perfect hue for her. (Freesias are a little underrated, no?)
I usually readjust any grocery flowers with simple brown paper or twine, but when I realized I didn't have either, a new delivery system was born. I grabbed a small burlap bag left over from my holiday fudge gifting, and into it the bouquet went. All it needed was a cinch, and the whole thing was a cinch. Think this'll be my new method for a while...
