There is a little shop called We Olive that makes what must be the best Balsamic vinegar I've ever tasted.
A few drizzles of this and Caprese salad and everything else you use Balsamic for rises to whole new levels. I've tried tip toeing back to others when I've run out but nothing seems to measure up. I'm hooked on this aged beauty.
Grab it online, or there are several store locations in California where you can go in and spend a little time sampling their olive oils, too.
